SaltbyPep Co., Ltd. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") (26 Pangyo-ro, Bundang-gu, Seongnam 13494, Republic of Korea) develops and operates the SaltbyPep platform, an AI-driven process control system for enzyme aging of premium beef. The platform monitors humidity, temperature, CO2, and fermentation variables in real time, feeding a machine-learning endpoint prediction model that tells operators precisely when a batch of beef has reached its target texture. 2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account and contact data you provide when creating an account or contacting us: name, business email address, company name, phone number, and role.
• Operational configuration data submitted by platform users: aging chamber profiles, target texture parameters, batch identifiers, and facility metadata. This data describes your equipment and process settings and may be associated with named users or accounts.
• Sensor telemetry transmitted from connected aging chambers: humidity, temperature, CO2, and weight readings. This data describes the physical environment, not individuals, but is linked to registered accounts and facilities.
• Usage and technical data collected automatically when you use the platform: IP address, browser type, session identifiers, feature-interaction logs, and API request metadata.
• Communication content in messages you send to us via email or our contact form.

We do not collect financial account credentials. Subscription billing is processed by a third-party payment processor; we receive only transaction confirmation and masked card information.

3. How We Use Information

The Company uses personal data to:

• Provision, operate, and improve the SaltbyPep platform and its enzyme endpoint prediction models;
• Authenticate users and maintain account security;
• Deliver batch analytics, endpoint alerts, and variance reports to authorized account holders;
• Respond to support requests and technical inquiries;
• Send product updates and service announcements (you may opt out of non-essential communications);
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations applicable to the Company.

We do not use aging telemetry or batch process data to train models for third-party purposes, and we do not sell personal data to any third party.

4. Sharing

We disclose personal data only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers acting as processors on our behalf under written agreements that restrict their use of data (for example, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and monitoring services);
• Legal authorities when required to comply with applicable law, a court order, or regulatory request;
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify affected users and the successor entity will be bound by this policy or a policy at least as protective.

We do not disclose customer process data or aging profiles to competitors or to other customers.

5. Retention and Security

The Company retains personal data for as long as an account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Sensor telemetry and batch records are retained for the period specified in your subscription plan. On request or at account closure, we delete or anonymize personal data in accordance with applicable law.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encrypted data transmission, access controls, and regular security reviews. No transmission or storage method is entirely free of risk; we take reasonable precautions commensurate with the sensitivity of the data we hold.

6. International Data Transfers

The Company is incorporated and operated in the Republic of Korea. If you access the platform from outside Korea, your data may be transferred to and processed in Korea. We rely on standard contractual mechanisms and applicable data protection law to protect such transfers.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable local data protection law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain uses or withdraw consent.
